Biomedical Ethics And Legal Aspect Of Renal Transplantation In Turkey

aTıp Tarihi ve Deontoloji ABD, Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, ANKARA Renal transplantation is accepted treatment for healthy living in patient with end-stage renal failure. The issue of renal transplantation concerns of two people, patient and donor, at the same time with the right to life, the most basic of human rights. Transplantation is real-ized between two people; donor and recipient. It has been evaluated renal transplantation from the viewpoint of biomedical ethics, and consider several ethical issues for instance brain death, informed concent, nonmalefficience, organ market.
