Brain Death

Because the nature of death ongoing process, the order of the medical declaration and the legal obligations encompasses as to report the time of death has regained new dimensions after the introduction of the concept of brain death. There will definitely be a time lap between "medical death" and "death" This issue will be resolved with the collaboration of science, law, religion and information. We can talk about a social progress only after relatives of the dead, hospital managers and the journalists develop manner to finalize this "process" without dragging it to chaos. The three implications for description are 1.
